Description: (For Shikai)The user of this swings his sword forward, as a ice tiger, that is attached to his sword, comes forward, heading for the opponent attempting to hit him.

Name: Hinami (Ice Wave)
Description: (For Shikai)The user's sword will glow blue, as the user then swings his sword or downwards/upwards or sideways, a wave of ice will head for the opponent attempting to hit the opponent.

Name: Hikiri (Ice Drill)
Description: (For Shikai)The user's sword will get surrounded by a layer of ice, as that layer starts to spin at a fast rate. It's a close range attack.

No Sealed Zan attacks.
And im assuming that your power is to make it rain, and then turn that rain to ice right ? So can you do this with water from any source or just that you create ?

And I can create every source (for example a puddle) into ice. If that is not approved then make it that I can only turn the water that I create into ice.

So your main power is to turn water to Ice n then use the Ice right ?
