Shikai: It is a tri-blade. There is the main center point then two points striking off to the right and left. the blades turn blue. The handle has a black ribbon tied around it.
Shikai Ability: It slows down the opponent by two times with each hit of the blade. The more times it touches the oppenents blade or the opponent, the more times he or she slows down. He can only lower the speed of his oppenent four times

With your shikai ability, by how much does it slow them down? DOes it double the slowdown per hit?.

Three tiems is too much. I will allow doubled, but thats it. Now put a limit on how many times it can lower the speed.

You do know that it doesn't lower the speed by two times of what has already be lowered? If it has been lowered, it will still only be lowered by how much it was originally.
