Shikai:

Shikai Ability: Its ablle to send electric charges of energy at its foe. It is also Able to generate bows/arrows of ligthning that are launched at his foe for long distance. The arrows have a range of 30 ft.

Bankai:

Bankai Ability: Naito's speed and aglity increases his power excclese that of Ichigo's. He is know able to use his ligthning to avoid attacks. The ligthning now acts as an offense and deffense. Simular to Kuchiki Byakuya's bankai.

Techniques:

Name: Baki-Waver

Effect: Simular to Ichigo's Zangetsu's special ability Getsuga Tenshō which fires concentrated energy blasts from the tip of the blade in the shape of a crescent moon or in a shape of a wave. The baki-Waver is a powerful technique with great force.

Name: Dragons Eye

Effect: Naito zanpaktou dissovles and creates a dragon like structure around Naito's arm. The dragon symbolizes his vizard form and is usualy the marking that his mask will shortly appeare. Natio's eyes then start to change from a red demonic eye to a golden sun like eye. His body then begins to glow with immense amount of energy. Naito will the use flash step and run after his foe. Naito will connect his arm to his foe and shock im with electrical charges that will paralyze his for 2 post giving him time to change into his hollow mask.

Duration and or cooldown: 4 post, 3 post

Name: Ligthong Bow & Arrows

Effect: Naito will put his sword aside while ligthning generates to form a bow and arrows.
Naito will launch 3 arrows at a time, and he has a total of 36. When out of arrows Naito will usually use the bow as a shield.

Your not a captain, so no bankai at the moment. How far can the electricity go for your shikai ability? By the way, you may have three techniques.

By the way you have posted, your cooldowns are the same time as your technique duration. Your second tech is completely denied due to the fact that it is an instant kill technique. By this time you have probably decided to tweak it slightly so it doesn't kill the opponent. That will be denied, the second tech must be removed completely.
